Introduction
These Terms set out expectations, responsibilities and usage rights between Let's Social (“Agency”) and the Creator (“You”). By participating in campaigns sourced by LetsSocial you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
- • Creators must be 18+.
- • Must have the rights to any content supplied.
- • Provide accurate contact & analytics information.
- • Follow platform policies where applicable.
Content Ownership & Usage
You retain ownership of original content you create. By delivering campaign assets to LetsSocial you grant the Agency and its brand partners limited usage rights as agreed in the campaign brief.
Organic Usage
Brands may repost with credit on their channels.
Paid Usage
Whitelisting or paid licensing requires separate approval & compensation.
Portfolio
LetsSocial may showcase anonymized case studies; we will not sell your content without permission.
Deliverables & Deadlines
Creators must submit assets by the agreed deadlines, follow the brief, and flag any issues before posting. Late delivery may lead to campaign cancellation or payment delays.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed within 7–15 working days after brand approval unless otherwise stated. Accurate invoices must be submitted. Payments are contingent on meeting quality standards and keeping posts live for the agreed duration.
Transparency & Authenticity
- • No bots, fake followers, or engagement manipulation.
- • Disclose paid partnerships using platform-approved tags (#ad / Paid Partnership).
- • Misrepresentation may result in removal from future work.
Confidentiality
Campaign briefs, budgets, and strategic details are confidential. Do not share without written approval from LetsSocial or the brand.
Professional Behaviour
Maintain respectful communication with brands and Agency staff. LetsSocial may discontinue partnerships if creator conduct harms reputation.
Termination & Removal
LetsSocial may pause or terminate collaboration for missed deadlines, policy violations, fraud, or misrepresentation. Payment may be withheld for breach of terms.
Liability
LetsSocial is not liable for platform account issues, algorithm changes, or third-party disputes. Creators must follow platform rules & applicable laws.
Acceptance
By submitting the Creator Onboarding Form or participating in a campaign you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.
